Harriet and her team at Onsite Drapery Cleaning truly do “bring life to your windows.” From start to finish, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Harriet is responsive, organized, and prompt with both appointments and confirmations. She communicates clearly, respects her clients’ homes and schedules, and ensures every detail is handled with care. The Onsite team is professional, efficient, and takes genuine pride in their work. They have the expertise and equipment to clean all types of window treatments, even delicate fabrics like satin, silk, and lace with exceptional attention to detail and quality. Their combination of skill, experience, and customer care sets them apart. Harriet and her team are not only highly capable but also warm, pleasant, and truly dedicated to the work they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend Onsite Drapery Cleaning to anyone seeking expert, reliable, and caring service for their window treatments. Thank you!

Onsite Drapery Cleaning did a very professional job of cleaning our custom drapes and roman blinds. Harriet was very responsive in scheduling the appointment and providing an insurance certificate, and she sent two uniformed technicians who came on time, protected our furniture, and used high-quality, industrial-strength machines to vacuum and clean our window treatments. They also texted me to let me know that one of the blinds had some issues with its seams. Very nicely done.

I am absolutely thrilled with Onsite Drapery Cleaning! Harriet and her crew were a pleasure to work with. They took their time, worked very hard, and meticulously cleaned my drapes, valances, and sheers in five rooms of my house! The workers were extremely careful and clean in the house. I have a variety of fabrics and all my draperies now look fresh and brand new! I will definitely use them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends.
